Koskikare Advises Employer on Co-Operation Negotiations

Employers who regularly employ at least 20 persons with employment contracts are obligated to initiate co-operation negotiations when considering a unilateral modification of an essential term in the employment contract of one or more employees.

As a part of the implementation of a revised employee stock option plan (ESOP), Koskikare acted as an advisor to the employer for the co-operation negotiations.
