Koskikare acted as an advisor on an asset restructuring venture, where parent company’s assets were restructured trough partial demerger to subsidiaries within the group.

The asset restructuring enabled the transfer of a controlling share within the target company to a third party without triggering certain redemption clauses within the target company’s articles of association.
